Schneider does offer pre-made cables with M12 on device side and RJ45 on Ethernet switching port side.
The model TCSECL1M3M10S2 is a 10 meter long cable.  (see attached data-sheet)

The connectors that mate to the drive can also be ordered separate using reference number VW3L5K000

VW3L5K000 is a kit and will come with 2 males connectors M12 4 pin D coded and 1 M12 protective cap ( used to terminate last device in network ), for building your own communication cables.
