Why does an ATV320 low speed setting, LSP, only go up to 50Hz?

Issue:
ATV320 LSP is restricted to 50Hz maximum

Product line:
ATV320, Altivar 320

Environment:
n/a

Cause:
Basic settings

Resolution:
The LSP (Low Speed) can only be adjusted to TFR (Max Frequency), but also restricted to the HSP (High Speed) setting.
First check that BFR (Standard Mot freq) is set to 60 (60Hz NEMA).
Next check the setting of TFR (Max frequency).  Factory setting is 60Hz but goes to 72Hz when BFR is adjusted to 60Hz.
Last check the HSP (High Speed) setting.

Once TFR and HSP are at 60Hz, or higher, the LSP can be adjusted above 50Hz
