Failed loading translator DLL

All Micorlogic Trip units have stopped communicating in PME. The following errors can be seen in SystemLog:

          Transaction error. Device: 'SWBD_EDB.PNL_ELB_EHB'. Client: 'IONSERVICES.OHCOLAPP0999'. Reason: 'Failed loading translator DLL.'

Translator DLL file

The xlMicrologic.dll translator file is missing. It is suspected that an antivirus software has removed the DLL file.

1. The DLL file is located in ...\Schneider Electric\Power Monitoring Expert\system\bin folder. First verify that the file is missing.
2. Then download and extract the attached ZIP file. Find the version that matches the PME system and drop it in the designated folder above.
3. Restart ION services.

note: The attached ZIP file has DLLs for PME 8.2 and PME 9.0 CU1 versions. For other releases, contact your Schneider Electric representative.
