Resolution
 If the Ethernet RemoteIO Drop DDT shows a CRA Diagnostic value of 113 that is indicating that the Rotary switch settings had changed and the drop module has a red MS LED, then return the rotary switch settings back to the required position. All that was necessary to correct this issue was to restore the drop selection switch to the correct setting and both the MS led returned to a "green status" and the bit in the DDT restored to the correct value "0" without stopping the PLC. The Ethernet RemoteIO Drop LED will turn solid green and the DDT will not show an error regarding the Rotary switch settings.
