Issue:
Internet Explorer downloads NetBotz 5.1 upgrade as a .ZIP file

Cause:
Internet Explorer 11 (and possibly other versions) see that the "PROD_SIGNED_NBRK0750_Build_5.1.0.31.sedp" NetBotz upgrade file is a compressed file and IE renames it to a .zip file

Resolution:
Either use a different browser such as Google Chrome or in IE, choose to "Save As" and rename the file from a .zip extension to a .sedp extension before saving. This can also be done after the file is downloaded.
