Issue
ION Log Subsystem Router service transfers data received from power monitoring devices to storage and processing. In case data is not being transferred, it is necessary to get additional information to determine the root cause of the problem.

Cause
Troubleshooting Log Subsystem service.  If the service is run in command line it will provide more details.

Resolution
1. Stop ION Log Subsystem Router service from Services window

2. Open a command prompt with administrative rights

3. Navigate to: ...\Schneider Electric\Power Monitoring Expert\system\bin

4. Run the following command: LogSubsystem.Service.exe

note: To exit verbose mode, simply press the Enter key and start the service from Services window again.
