How to change Facility Expert site information?

Updating site information

To make Site Information changes:
  1. Log into Facility Expert account
  2. Go to the Settings tab and select My Customers and Sites
  3. Select Customer name to expand and select the site to be updated
  4. Information is distributed as seen below:
General information: For changes in site name, address, time zone, or company logo.
Site Information: Building(s) Characteristics, or Electrical Distribution selections
Surface/ HDD/ CDD/ Normalization factor: For changes in surface area, No. of Beds, and other factors.
Surface are must greater than 108 sq ft or 10 sq m
