Why does IDS Reporting printing fail to launch, stating that IDS is not installed?

Issue:
IDS Report Printing fails to launch and displays an error message stating that IDS is not installed on the machine, eventhough it is confirmed to be installed.

Product Line:
Intelligent Data Services, IDS, Vijeo Designer, Magelis

Resolution:
When IDS and IDS Report Printing are not installed in the same directory on the same PC, IDS Report Printing will refuse to run and an error stating that IDS is not installed will appear. Ensure that you installed IDS and IDS Report Printing both at the C:\Program Files\Schneider Electric folder.
