- The Modicon M580 and M340 PACs ensure continuous production with stable and reliable performance.
- AVEVA’s MES, customized by Schneider Electric for the Food and Beverage industry, receives orders from the ERP system. It allocates them to a production line to form a batch plan which is then broken down into work orders.
- The Historian’s real-time database provides information on output, material consumption, product quality, equipment operation, and energy consumption. The data can also be used to track production processes so that if an issue arises, it can be traced to identify where the problem lies.
