The VIE is an international program for young professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Union nationals. In addition, the candidate cannot come from the country hosting the mission.

JOB DETAIL

• JOB TITLE: Financial Analyst – Global Supply Chain
• Assignment duration:24 months

The aim of the position is to challenge and understand regional and entity level drivers and KPI-s within the Global supply Chain perimeter and interpret them towards higher management. Also to make sure that processes are followed by our regional counterparts and support them with ad hoc needs.

Main missions

1/ Collect and retrieve financial reporting data from enterprise performance system

2/ Check and challenge the quality and reliability of reported data

3/ Prepare and update standard reporting templates for Global Supply Chain

4/ Analyze data and performance results on a monthly basis and for the quarterly business reviews

5/ Support Global Supply Chain FP&A teams in reporting correct financial performance

6/ Support central Digitization processes within Global Supply Chain

Profile and Competences

Education: Graduate from Business School or University.

Technical Field: Finance & Control

Work experience needed: A 1st experience in Finance & Control position could be a plus.

Requested languages (marked as bilingual, fluent, well known, basic knowledge): Fluent English mandatory

Personal abilities or skills: Good communication, good organization and ability to prioritize, adaptability, autonomy, fast learner, ability to collaborate with a team, capacity of analysis in some complex / high data volume context, IT proficiency (excel)

Work environment

The team is part of a Finance / master data platform in charge of Supply Chain performance and analysis.

Composition of the team:

The team in charge of Global Supply Chain performance consolidation is be composed of 1 manager and 10 collaborators.

Profile and Competences

Education: Graduate from Business School or University.

Technical Field: Finance & Control

Work experience needed: A 1st experience in Finance & Control position could be a plus.
