The VIE is an international program for young professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Union nationals. In addition, the candidate cannot come from the country hosting the mission.

We are looking for a Junior HRBP (12 months contract) to make a difference!
Your main missions :
Employer branding coordinator
- Define employer branding strategy for the cluster (Belgium / Netherlands)
- Collect employer branding action needs from European and global points of contact.
- Adapt and deploy global campaigns locally using adequate local leverage.
- Strengthen relationships with universities in Belgium and in the Netherlands.
Early career coordinator
- Build and animate the campaigns : internships, your graduates, summer students, VIE/AIESEC.
- Animate current young graduate program (onboarding, rotations, events, projects etc).
- Assist in the creation of Talent Acquisition process tools.
- Organize talent acquisition events.
- Attend relevant job fairs
HR projects
- Competences :
- Design and implement a program to increase competences & knowledge transfer within our Competency centers in Belgium & Netherlands
- Deploy the Edinson group program (recognition of our technical expertise) within the Technical community of the cluster
- Span of control :
- Analyse our Span of control
- Propose to the leadership team some actions / redesign of their organization to improve our Span of control
- Labour relations :
- Support the team on the deployment of transformation projects
- Prepare and facilitate Work councils / Negotiations with unions
qualifications
This job might be for you if:
You have Masters's degree in Human Resources, Business Management or other related discipline from recognized accredited University
You are someone who gets excited by innovation and has strong digital capabilities. Your customer service skills will be exemplary, and you are a highly detail focused individual with the ability to prioritise your busy workload in a fast-paced environment. Also, you will have exceptional communication skills and be comfortable working both collaboratively and autonomously.
In addition, you will have the following essential skills:
Previous experience in HR
Employer Branding : Experienced with social media and understanding of Employer Branding. Experience with University Relations beneficial.
Passionate about process improvement to prioritize employee experience
An interest in reporting and intermediate data analysis expertise
Strong communication skills to establish partnering relationships with the HR Community
Fluent command of both Dutch and English.
