The VIE is an international program for young professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Union nationals. In addition, the candidate cannot come from the country hosting the mission.

Profile and Competences
- Education: Master
- Work experience needed: Internships and/or apprentice in the fields of Human Resources
- Requested languages : English, fluent is mandatory. Additional language is a plus.
- Personal abilities or skills: Open minded & Result oriented / Open to Multi-Culture / Willing to learn / Agility in a complex environment / Strategic Partner / Good communication / Change management
