The Role: Customer Care Generalist
We are looking for an experienced Customer Care Generalist to help us cater to Phone and Chat contacts and processing bFO Cases.
What will you do?
• Executes order administration functions to perform order processing transactions in the ERP and CRM applications.
• Works closely with Fulfillment and Project Coordinators to manage orders and process them in a timely fashion.
• Additional responsibilities include filing and continuous cross-training in all forms of order entry, including EDI
transactions Inbound Call Specifics:
- Receive calls and chat inquiries from the customer
- Able to resolve customer inquiry/inquiries
- Knows the E2E order management handling (From P&A to delivery and invoice status)
- Able to resolve customer complaints
• Ensuring Quality of Calls and Cases processed
• Process task allocated revolving around CCE to meet TAT
Qualifications
Who would be successful?
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cavite.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Full-Time positions available.
