Albert graduated from the National Institute of Applied Science in Lyon (France) in 1988, with a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He joined Schneider Electric group in 1989 as a Transfer of Technology Engineer at Federal Pacific Electric of Mexico for 2 years. Back in France, Fuchet occupied various strategic positions from 1991 to 1998.
In 1999 he was appointed Projects and Services Director for Schneider Electric in Brazil, then Sales Director for Systems and Global Accounts. Fuchet then became Business Development Director in charge of M&A in Brazil.
In 2006, he was appointed as Country President for Schneider Electric Chile, based in Santiago. The acquisition of Marisio s.a., a local company specialist of residential market, as well as a strong organic business growth were one of the main highlights during this period.
In 2013 he was nominated as President of Schneider Electric Egypt and North East Africa region encompassing 4 countries with headquarters in New Cairo. Again, a strong business growth was the main output of this period.
