They work with our EcoXperts and implement the EcoStruxure Building solution to enable maximised energy efficiency, better visibility, and control of the building’s energy utilisation.
To centralise operations in Singapore by unifying its facilities, Samwoh needed to come up with energy-efficient and smart features. Hence the vision for the Samwoh Smart Hub was clear from the beginning - to become Singapore’s first positive energy industrial building - a building that generates more energy than it uses.
Samwoh entrusted Schneider Electric, EcoXpert, and DG Energy Controls to deploy the next-generation building management system (BMS) – EcoStruxure Building Operation. It is an open, connected, and complete ecosystem of smart devices, software, apps, and services. We also deployed our electric vehicles (EV) charging station - EVlink Smart Wallbox - to expand the Smart Hub’s EV capabilities.
