With more than 4,000 companies worldwide pledging to meet carbon reduction targets, Schneider Electric continues to innovate by providing differentiated value propositions to support various organizations towards creating sustainability for their business together with integrated digital solutions.

Stephane Nuss, Cluster President and CEO for Thailand, Myanmar and Laos at Schneider Electric said: "We drive digital transformation with innovative, integrated solutions for homes, buildings and data centers, infrastructure and industry with both hardware and software solutions and with devices that can be connected to each other for use in monitoring and to check various equipment for use in in-depth analysis. This gives us the power of control to increase efficiency and to forecast maintenance, including the reduction of carbon emissions and greenhouse gases, with a clear objective to create sustainability for the world and for businesses that need to drive towards sustainability. The launch of Innovation Hub Bangkok today is an Innovation Hub that combines digital solutions that respond to the needs of every industrial group for the digital transformation for businesses that want to move towards sustainability.”

Innovation Hub Bangkok is based at the company's headquarters in Bangkok on Ratchadaphisek Road. It showcases solutions for each industry, covering residential, buildings, industrial, plants, data centers, grid and infrastructures as follows:

Industries of the Future have technology that brings together IT and OT, delivering sustainability and flexibility through automation on an open platform by using software-centric automation that helps increase work efficiency. There are examples of prototypes being used by Schneider Electric plants using EcoStruxure solutions and services, including technology and other products such as Modicon, Foxboro, Triconex, TeSys, Altivar and Harmony technologies and products, as well as AVEVA software.

Data Centers of the Future offer solutions ranging from large data centers to micro data centers ready to support work in the form of edge computing. They are equipped with various intelligent technologies that help support changes that will occur in a timely manner, such as monitoring and remote control, cooling control and air circulation, including Schneider Electric's unique software that can monitor and analyze data in the data center and in all networks to help maintain business continuity and to reduce business costs.

Buildings of the Future are equipped with KNX technology, enabling unlimited connectivity with building facilities. This allows buildings to be designed to perfectly support its use, such as an office building that focuses mainly on usage and saving energy and that is flexible to provide insights and analysis of energy costs, increasing the efficiency in managing various facilities both in the office and in central zones that are fully integrated in one location.

In addition, Schneider Electric's building solutions can also meet the needs of the hotel business by placing an emphasis on comfort and the good experience of guests. Meanwhile, building management solutions that are implemented for the hospital business are designed to focus on patient safety and peace of mind and can be integrated with other medical facilities such as laboratories, operating rooms and patient rooms, allowing administrators to analyze and control the operations of the system in each room according to their needs.

Homes of the Future showcases Schneider Electric Home Automation Solutions. The goal is to make homes more efficient and sustainable by leveraging future-proof and sustainable home energy solutions. According to the needs of home users it helps monitor, control and automate tasks while being ready to help save energy use. At the same time, there is also a zone presenting various Schneider Electric products for the home, such as light switches, sockets and circuit breakers that come with user safety as the main focus.

Grids of the Future solutions enable end-to-end energy and smart grid management by integrating both software and hardware. In addition, there is also a corner to present the newest product, the SM Airset, the latest modular switchgear, which is free of SF6 substances that affect global warming.

“In addition, we are ready to provide advice on the implementation of energy management systems and digital systems in various industries. In corporate operations, Schneider Electric currently employs more than 130,000 people worldwide. In Thailand, there are more than 1,500 employees who are ready to welcome organizations that visit the Innovation Hub Bangkok to learn about digital solutions for deployment in organizations to continue building a sustainable business,” Mr. Stephane Nuss concluded.
