Yasser Ahmed

Yasser Ahmed is Schneider Electric's Vice President of Buildings for the Gulf Cluster. Yasser works closely to develop our company's end-user coverage in Real estate, Healthcare, Public buildings, and Smart cities by driving differentiation through unique value propositions, as well as maintaining and developing strong customer relationships. 

Yasser was previously Schneider Electric's Director of Digital Building and Energy Management Software, MEA region. Ahmed was responsible for accelerating growth of the Digital Building line of business and leads the Energy Management Software synergy business working closely with our independent software partners ETAP, RIB, and Planon. 

Yasser joined Schneider Electric in 2011 as Senior Technical Projects Manager for industrial automation projects. In the last ten years, Yasser has held different business positions across the Middle East and Africa between sales, marketing, and business development.

Yasser is a thought-leader with domain expertise in Industry4.0, IoT, AI, Cloud, Digital Twins, and Software.He graduated from the Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University, and he holds a professional degree in Strategic Marketing from the American University in Cairo.
