Cause:

Resolution:
The StF is a fault indicating Excessive starting time. As of December 2004, this fault is not documented in the United States Literature for the ATS48.
To remedy the fault perform the following:
* Check the mechanism (wear, mechanical play, lubrication, blockages, etc.).
* Check the value of tLs setting in the PrO menu.
* Check the sizing of the starter-motor in relation to the mechanical requirement.
