Will the MBX 7.0 drivers work with a Vista 64 bit operating system.

No. At the current time the MBX 7.0 drivers will support only 32-bit Windows Vista/XP/2000/Server 2008/Server 2003.
MBX v7.1 Patch #3 is required for 64 bit PC's.
