What can cause an EEF fault on an ATS48 Soft Start?

Display shows EEF

Environment:
All models and serial numbers

Cause:
The EEF fault appears if there is a problem reading or writing information to EEPROM memory chips on either the control board or power board.
This fault is not stored in the fault history.
Probable Causes
• The control board is defective.
• The power board is defective.

Resolution:
Replace the control board.
Replace the power board.
