Can an Altivar 12 (ATV12) Drive Be Controlled from Both the Remote Display and the Terminal Inputs?
Resolution:
Yes. The Altivar 12 can be configured to accept run commands from both the remote display and a terminal input.
Configure the following parameters:
- ConF → FULL → CtL → FR1 = LCC
- ConF → FULL → CON → FLO = LIH
With this configuration:
- The drive can be started from the remote display using the RUN button.
- The drive can also receive a run command when the contact connected to LI1 is closed.
This setup allows control from the remote keypad while maintaining an external run command through the terminal input.
