Yes,the dimensions are changing if we change from copper to Aluminium or vice versa. The overall dimensions will be affected in case we change the winding material. Usually for the same electrical characteristics (same power rating, same voltage ratio, same impedance, same loss values) the transformer footprint will be bigger if we change the winding material from copper and aluminium for Oil Distribution Transformers.
