Cause:
E-mail notifications from DCE come in a pre-defined format that can not be edited. To customize e-mail notifications, short message e-mail alert actions need to be used.
Resolution:
1) Open the DCE Client and go to: Alarm Configuration menu > Manage Alarm Actions.
2) Click on Create and then select Short Message E-Mail. Select Next.
3) Provide an Action Name and add in the e-mail addresses that this alarm action will be sent to.
