As of November 2019, the latest version of Configuration Manager Tool is Configuration Manager 2020 for PME 2020, which can be found in FA402590 or inside of the PME_2020.iso file under ...\Setup\CM Tool.
This is also the case for the PME 2021, PME 2022, & the PME 2023 iso file.
