What is the TCS function in ATS48 ( Torque control system ) ?
ATS48 has TCS function ( Torque control system) wherein start of motor ( acceleration) is performed considering torque gradient not voltage gradient.
So, with this function it is ensured that application load torque will be attained for defined start period.
Advantage here is that flow of water will be regulated well precisely and mechanical structure of water pumping station will be prevented from excess of water hammering.
Torque capability of ATS48 will not have considerable difference than voltage control .
