If I do not have the Easergy P3 device, how can I create a SCL file for all the signals?

First create an off-line setting file, make sure you select Ethernet port(s) in hardware selection and IEC61850 as Ethernet port protocol. In next step select all signals used to “In use” under Communication/data maps. Then select tool icon and “Export ICD/SCL file…”. Before generation you need to define if RCB names should include indexes (typically selected) and if the file should be in Ed.1 or Ed.2 format. If Edition 2 extensions are selected the file will created in Ed.2 format, otherwise Ed.1 format. When saving the file there is the possibility to save the format as .icd, .iid or .cid.
