what can I do when return to Normal alarms are not coming in to Security Expert?

In this case the problem was due to how the Event Filter the Event Report was using had been configured.

Check to see that the Event Filter you are using includes all of the Event Types that you want to have come through as shown alarms. In the example this would be at least "Input Opened" and "Input Closed" under the "All Input Events" folder.

1. Event Filter: Create an Event filter and include the correct Event Types that you wish to report on.

2. Event Report: Add the Event Filter you configured in step 1.
