N/A

Resolution:
From the main menu, select menus Complete settings -> Generic functions -> Jog.
Default settings as follows.
JOG    Jog assignment, set as appropriate
JGF    Jog frequency,    10 Hz.
JGT    Jog delay,    0.5 s.
