Why can't I assign a digital input to Command and Reference switching on ATV630?

Why can't I assign 2 compatible functions to the same digital input?

Programming Hand Off Auto functionality
Resolution:
Need to verify that the Access Level is set to Expert. Then you can assign 2 different functions to the same digital input.
