Easergy P3 relay is have blank display or no display or device without display .Can you suggest what are the possibilities & suggestion for this issue ?
This may be due to low ambient temperature since sometimes relay display may become dark/ unreadable for low ambient temperature. This will not affect the protection functions
Meanwhile ,please check backlight settings.
If you still have the issue ,there may be an issue with your device .Please contact our local customer care center/ after sales or services team with your .epz with logs and video to support you.
