Why the webpage access to Connexium switches can’t be reached ?
Sometimes the access to the webpage of the Connexium switches (TCSESMxxxx) could not be reached. (firmware version: SV8.04 and above )
One of the issues would be the java installed on your computer. Recommended version 32 bit, Java 1.8 update 281.
Internet Explorer must be used.
Several java installation on your computer could make a conflict to access to the webpage of the Connexium switched like on the following picture:
