What diode is used for inductive output protection BMXDAO1605 as specified in the specifications?
The Modicon X80 Discrete Input/Output Modules User Manual, 35012474.18, page 259, states there is no protection against inductive over voltage and recommended a discharge diode on each output. See highlighted below.
Since the reference to diodes would apply to DC applications, the reference will be removed from the User Manual.
