Steps to reset root password on the AlmaLinux PowerChute Virtual Appliance (VM)

Issue:
Lost the root password to the PowerChute Network Shutdown Virtual Appliance (VM)

Product:
PowerChute Network Shutdown versions 4.4.2, 4.4.3, 4.5, 5.x

NOTE: Beginning with PCNS 5.2, the VM root password must contain upper- and lower-case letters, at least one number, and special character.

Environment:
VMware ESXi 6.7, 7.0.x, and 8.0.x
vCenter Server 6.7, 7.0.x, and 8.0.x

Cause:
Lost the root password for the AlmaLinux PowerChute Virtual Appliance (VM)
