After upgrade Nutanix Cluster Check (NCC) 4.6.2 PowerChute Network Shutdown cannot power down AHV hosts.

Issue:
After upgrade to (Nutanix Cluster Check) NCC 4.6.2 the AHV root account gets locked out if the password is changed. This will prevent PowerChute from shutting down AHV hosts.

Environment:
Nutanix AHV host, NCC 4.6.2

Cause:
The AHV root account gets locked.

Solution:
