How to solve "Error: -2004" when installing ZelioSoft2 V5.4.3?

When installing ZelioSoft2 V5.4.3, the following error message could happen if the user doesn't have enough privileges.

"Unexpected error updating XML files. Error: -2004."

Error 2004

Solution:

  • Execute the installation file in administrator mode => Right click >> Run as administrator
  • Contact your IT support if you require elevated privileges.
