Downgrading a NetBotz 250A after upgrading to 3.4.2.3 firmware or higher can cause the internal rack access pod to be removed from the UI

Issue:
Downgrading a NetBotz 250A after upgrading to 3.4.2.3 firmware or higher can cause the internal rack access pod to be removed from the UI

Product Line:
NetBotz

Environment:
NBRK0250A
Firmware Version: 3.4.2.3

Cause:
When upgrading the NetBotz 250A to Version: 3.4.2.3, changes to the internal pod's IDs have been made to allow for the connection of extra NetBotz rack access pods. Downgrading to a previous version does not change the ID back so the NetBotz appliance no longer sees the internal pod because of it's new ID.

Resolution:
Disconnect any external pods and re-upgrade to Version: 3.4.2.3 (or higher when available).
After reboot, verify internal rack access pod is visible and proceed in reconnecting any pods.
