Can a 22 mm Harmony pushbutton be mounted in a 30 mm hole?
1. What you need to know
Yes. Schneider Electric offers five adapters (reducers) that let any standard Ø22 mm XB4 or XB5 device be fitted in a 30 mm panel cut-out: ZB4BZ012 for standard mounting, and ZB4BZ021 / ZB4BZ022 / ZB5AZ021 / ZB5AZ022 for flush mounting. Another option avoids adapters altogether — the XB4 and XB5 flush ranges are designed for 30 mm mounting holes as standard.
2. Choosing the right solution
All options suit a 30 mm cut-out, whether you are retrofitting an existing panel or standardizing a new one. The choice depends on the device type and on the finish you want.
- The adapters work with the complete Ø22 device — head plus body and contact sub-assembly. Only the panel mounting dimensions are differents.

- ZB4BZ021 / ZB4BZ022 / ZB5AZ021 / ZB5AZ022 differ by operator type, not by range.
- Adapters apply to both the XB4 metal and XB5 plastic ranges.
