Features
The SBC disconnector and switch-disconnector range has visible breaking, vertical break design and is mainly used in rural distribution networks. They are suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting on metal, concrete or wooden single or double poles.
SBC types have a load breaking head comprising a chamber and fast opening auxiliary blade.
This arrangement combines the high speed action of the auxiliary blade with the cooling and confining effect of the enclosure to restrict the arc and limit the production of gases.
