Schneider Electric Signs ENGIE Electrical & Communications and Intelli-Systems as Authorised Service Reseller Partners

Sydney Nouvelle-Galles du Sud, Australie

05/03/2020

Schneider Electric, the global leader in the digital transformation of energy management and automation, has signed a partnership agreement with two leading innovative and smart energy for home, business and community solution providers in Australia and New Zealand.

ENGIE Electrical & Communications and Intelli-Systems have both joined Schneider Electric’s Authorised Service Reseller Program with the collaboration set to boost capability to deliver effective long-term support to a broad customer base, and provide a robust platform for all parties to achieve their growth strategies moving forward. As part of this partnership, both organisations will now have the opportunity to co-brand with Schneider Electric and participate in the sharing of opportunities, data and resources.

Under the terms of the agreements, ENGIE Electrical & Communications and Intelli-Systems are now contracted to directly sell Schneider Electric services, providing customers with full-scope support in response to growing demands for effective operational technology, cybersecurity services, solutions and expertise in IT delivery, power, building automation and other industrial sectors.

Intelli-Systems and ENGIE Electrical & Communications are leading critical infrastructure service providers in Australia, specialising in critical power and energy storage. Entering the Schneider Electric authorised service reseller network will provide both providers with the advantage of integrated asset maintenance and support growth by empowering them to sell and service products directly to and with patrons.

National Channel Development Manager for Schneider Electric, Mohamed Gad, stated, “We are delighted to be welcoming two fantastic new partners to our authorised service reseller network. The continual evolution of technology means our product and solutions offering is continuing to advance. Working with partners like ENGIE Electrical & Communications and Intelli-Systems will help us reach new customers and provide the level of service and support required now and into the future. “The growth of edge computing, for example, is driving demand and growth in our product base. Clients will expect similar uptime for local edge computing as they experience with a remote hyper-scale datacenter which makes servicing more important than ever. This also holds true for data created and processed locally for the likes of AI, self-driving cars and 5G. Higher levels of servicing will therefore be required over a greater geographic range to ensure that high level of uptime. The addition of these industry leading organisations to our already established network of authorised service resellers will help strengthen our ability to deliver even higher servicing levels and maximise uptime.”

Robert Baird, Director at ENGIE Electrical & Communications said, “We are excited to work with Schneider Electric to ensure all of our customers receive the best and most timely servicing of their assets the industry has to offer. This new partnership will enable us to better identify, understand and mitigate operating and business risks across the life of their assets. We look forward to collaborating more closely with Schneider Electric to help our customers develop and maintain innovative solutions in energy management.”

“We are extremely happy to be involved in Schneider Electric’s Authorised Reseller Program,” said Luke Jacker, Director at Intelli-Systems. “This is a huge step toward raising the bar for our customers in terms of supplying them with the most effective and efficient support for their energy platforms. We look forward to fostering this relationship, as we collaborate for continued success through 2020.”

Schneider Electric’s authorised services selling network is dedicated to maintaining and improving customers’ system’s reliability, productivity and efficiency. This partnership program is also dedicated to providing partners and customers with power, automation and control, and building life cycle service solutions. Channel partners can increase benefits, privileges, profits and growth prospects through service sales and Schneider Electric’s continual support.
