Schneider Electric’s Pacific Zone President, Colette Munro, leads the organisation across Australia and New Zealand, advancing the company's position as a trusted Energy Technology Partner. Highly regarded for her expertise at the intersection of electrification, automation and digitalisation, Colette works with all industries, supporting some of the region’s most complex infrastructure, building, data centre, and industrial projects. Her focus is delivering profitable growth, expanding market share, accelerating software and services, and helping customers navigate the energy transition while improving efficiency and sustainability. Colette is a member of Schneider Electric’s International Operations Management Committee. She also plays an active role in shaping the broader sustainability agenda as a member of the Climate Leaders Coalition. A degree qualified electrical engineer and chartered engineering executive, Colette has extensive international experience in electrical engineering, industrial automation, and infrastructure. She is passionate about enabling businesses and communities to harness technology to drive meaningful environmental and social outcomes. Earlier in her career, Colette held senior leadership roles in digital innovation and transformation, including at Citect, AECOM, and during a previous 13-year tenure with Schneider Electric

Katherine Henry (Kath) is an accomplished HR and transformation executive with more than 25 years’ experience helping organisations navigate growth, transformation, and market disruption. Having held executive and advisory roles across technology, energy, financial services, FMCG, legal, professional services, and consulting, she has partnered closely with Boards, CEOs, and Executive Leadership Teams to drive business performance through people. As Vice President Human Resources, Pacific Zone at Schneider Electric, Katherine combines deep expertise in HR leadership, organisational transformation, executive coaching, and strategic workforce planning. She is passionate about building future-ready organisations through strong leadership, workforce capability, and inclusive cultures that accelerate talent, unlock potential, and enable people to thrive in a rapidly evolving, technology-enabled world. Kath is passionate about human behaviour and building people-centred organisations. Combining consulting and senior HR leadership experience with a background in organisational psychology, she has led transformation, culture, leadership, talent, succession, and workforce initiatives across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, North America, and the UK. She is also a member of ChiefHR Australia’s Advisory Board, mentors current and emerging CHROs, and volunteers with several not-for-profit organisations, supporting programs that create opportunities for women and children at risk of homelessness.

Louise Monger leads the Digital Buildings business in the Pacific Zone, delivering energy management and automation solutions for the built environment. The division’s 350-strong team services customers in healthcare, real estate, transport, data centres, and education. Prior to joining Schneider Electric in November 2020, Louise was the Program Director for Technology and Innovation at AMP Capital, ensuring delivery of client and business value from technology investment, and leading real estate's digital and innovation team. Before that, Louise was the Head of Property Management, accountable for the overall property management performance of the AMP Capital Office and Logistics portfolio. Louise has over 20 years' experience in technical and leadership roles across a range of sectors and disciplines. Louise is a respected thought leader in the real estate technology industry and has spoken on many panels domestically and internationally. She is also a known voice on diversity and inclusion in the industry. Louise has over 20 years' experience in technical and leadership roles across a range of sectors and disciplines, including real estate, facilities management, and working as an electrician in the mining industry. This diverse experience underpins her passion for how people and technology can shape real estate experiences and improve the world we live in. Louise holds a Masters of Facilities Management and remains a qualified electrician.

Dr. Segaran Narayanan has been with Schneider Electric for over 20 years and is currently the Vice President of Services and Safety. He has over 25 years of experience in supply chain, with responsibilities in diverse portfolios such as manufacturing, engineering, quality and logistics across the Asia Pacific region. He is also a certified Lean Master and Six Sigma Green Belt. He has a Bachelors’ degree in Electrical Engineering, a Master of Science in Manufacturing Management and a Doctorate with research work on relationship between organizational culture and the deployment of Lean principles. He is also an accredited Professional Engineer. Over the course of his career, Segaran has held a variety of leadership roles spanning manufacturing, end-to-end supply chain, business turnaround and service operations. He has led large, complex organizations and transformation programs focused on improving operational performance, reliability, and customer value while building strong, high-performing teams. A Chartered Engineer, Segaran combines deep technical expertise with strategic business leadership. He has worked extensively across the Asia-Pacific region, partnering with customers and leading diverse teams across multiple markets, bringing a strong understanding of operating in varied cultural and business environments. Segaran holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, a master’s degree in manufacturing management, and a Doctorate in Business Administration. His doctoral research focused on lean practices in cross-cultural environments, examining how operational excellence principles can be successfully implemented across global organizations. He is particularly passionate about the role of digitalization, connected assets, and services in transforming operations and enabling customers to unlock greater value from their infrastructure. Segaran believes that combining operational expertise with data, connectivity, and advanced technologies will be central to shaping the next generation of industrial performance and sustainability.

Thomas Deschler is the Power Systems Zone Vice President for the Pacific Zone. He has more than 18 years of experience in the energy management industry, including 13 years with Schneider Electric. His career began in France as an electrical engineer, and over time he has built experience across sales, project execution, and product management. Thomas joined Schneider Electric in 2012, initially working in France on the LV Smart Panels launch team. He later held roles in North America Operations, MVO LoB, and Power Systems Commercial, which gave him broad exposure to different parts of the business and its customers. From 2021 to 2024, he was part of the global account team for Google, helping coordinate the adoption of Schneider Electric solutions worldwide. Most recently, he led the U. S. Data Center Execution Center, focusing on strengthening team capabilities and improving customer experience. Thomas holds an MBA from the Grenoble Graduate School of Business and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from UTBM University.

Tim Pratt is a seasoned leader with over 25 years’ experience in industrial automation, software, and power distribution. As Vice President Power Products, Pacific Tim leads the business division to deliver optimum sustainable solutions for its customers and partners across Australia, including power products, software, solutions, and services. Tim’s strategic focus is on the convergence of microgrid and e-mobility, ultimately empowering prosumers to play a pivotal role in the ongoing energy transition. His career journey spans diverse roles including engineering, services, sales, and marketing. Over the past 4 years, Tim has been spearheading the commercial and industrial New Energy Landscape team at Schneider Electric Australia. Prior to his current role, Tim was General Manager Marketing for Power Products and New Energy Landscape, where he made a significant contribution to successes and growth for over four years. Tim joined Schneider 12 years ago as a senior service technician and held several roles before becoming the regional sales manager for industrial end users and partners in Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia, and Northern Territory.

Tina Hu is the Vice President of Supply Chain and Customer Experience for Pacific Zone, joining Schneider Electric in September 2022. Tina has been a senior executive leader in supply chain for over 18 years, where she led manufacturing, safety, E2E planning, customer supply chain, transformation, logistic, and warehouse operations. She is a performance-driven and a people-centric leader who is passionate about supply chain transformation and people development. Tina has a Bachelor of Business Information Systems from RMIT University in Melbourne and a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification from APCIS.

From an early age, Chris Kerr loved connecting things and people. So, when it was time for him to enter the workforce in New Zealand, he decided to train as an electrician. But he quickly realised that, at six foot four, crawling through roof spaces and under floors wasn't ideal for him. But he still loved connecting products and people to those products, and the technology. He subsequently moved into consumer marketing and management professionally and around the globe physically, living and working in NZ, UK, and Dubai. Chris joined Schneider Electric in 2017 as the CEO of Clipsal, in a role at the intersection of serving the electrician and consumer. Here, Chris brings a unique, practical, no-nonsense approach to helping electricians and consumers navigate the complexity of power and technology innovation in their respective worlds and bringing those worlds together. In the next 10 years, we will use more electricity in our homes than we have in the past 50. Consequently, there are significant changes and trends in energy management for home automation and, of course, electric vehicles. Chris’ expert insights are connecting electricians and consumers, enabling them to design, install, and use energy management solutions that are not only efficient and sustainable, but also life-changing. Chris’ four daughters drive his push for sustainability: making it simple, adaptable, and scalable, empowering homeowners to make better energy decisions by controlling how energy is used in their homes. From a home base of Sydney these days, Chris’ four daughters and wife also reinforce his other passion: championing equal opportunity to ensure that people in the communities in which he lives and works feel valued and safe to contribute their best to those communities.

Farokh Ghadially is Vice President, Secure Power for Schneider Electric in the Pacific Zone, having moved into this role following his six-year tenure as VP for Power Products and Digital Power. Farokh firmly believes that digitalisation and electrification will enable a ‘smarter and greener’ future and that Schneider Electric is playing a significant role in this globally. He is passionate about the sustainable progress that happens at this intersection, and how this can enrich and reshape the future. Whether it’s in the data centres that power our digital world, the advancements in AI that reshape how we think, or the infrastructure that connects us all, he is committed to advancing our shared goals with integrity and purpose. Starting his career as an electrical engineer in India, he then worked in the US and Canada, and now calls Australia home. His 20 years’ experience in the electrical and automation industry includes design and development, marketing, sales, and general management working across data centres, commercial real estate, and industrial infrastructure. Farokh is customer-centric and loves coaching, building, and leading diverse teams, as well as immersing himself in new technology. As a committed, empathetic, and strategic leader he drives sustainable business growth by challenging the status-quo, deploying new business models, and building strong partnerships. He is also a strong advocate of ‘digitising and connecting power’ to enhance safety, availability, and efficiency for business and society.
