Environment:
3720 ACM
Resolution:
1) Open Management Console and add a new ethernet device then add all configurations; group, name, device type, and IP Address like normal.
2) On the same ethernet device configuration page right click in the white area (Highlighted in red) and select Advanced Properties.
3) Change the TCP/IP Port to 3720 ACM with MPE|3721 which should be an option in the drop down menu.
4) Click OK to finish
