How does the option "Preload Data Dictionary for online modifications" work in Vijeo Designer?

Resolution:
When this option is selected there is a periodic query and retrieval of new unlocated addresses, if they are available. When the PLC’s update timeout expires and the old unlocated addresses become invalid, the
new unlocated addresses will become active with no delay. If this property is disabled, the new unlocated addresses will not be retrieved. You will need to perform a manual update of the symbol file to update and apply the new unlocated addresses.
