Is EVlink Pro AC compliant with IEC61851-1 Ed. 3 ?

Yes, e.g.: Protection against access to hazardous-live-parts, either using a contactor with at least 3 mm separation of contacts, or a contactor associated with an MNx (undervoltage release), or a T2 socket with shutter.
EVlink Pro AC chargers offer the three options.
