Resolution:
This error usually occurs when the HMISTW is running an older firmware version.
Last official firmware: 1.1.0 (26 Oct, 2020)

HMISTW error with Webvisu

Here is how to check which firmware version your HMISTW is running:
1. Open the configuration menu on the HMISTW
2. Click "+ Information" to expand
3. There you will be able to check with version currently running.
