ANSI 74 is doing the supervision of the MITOP in Masterpact MTZ. Do we have the possibility to assign this alarm to one of the output contacts ?

Article available in these languages: French, Dutch

ANSI 74 is doing the supervision of the MITOP, which is the internal Micrologic actuator in charge of tripping the breaker under the decision of the Micrologic.

This alarm can be read through the communication system. Also the following alarm will appear on the trip unit's display:

"0x1416 Control unit self-test major malfunction 5"

We have the possibility to assign this alarm to one of the output contacts of the M2C programmable contacts auxiliary. This can be done using EPC - EcoStruxure Power Commission software. When this alarm occurs the M2C programmable contact will be actuated.
