XB5SSoft Configuration Software : Is it possible to instal a new XB5SSoft on a computer which has an already version ?
If the customer doesn't have the original database used to program the device (XB5S), for security reasons, it's impossible to connect anything to it.
The only way is to reset the device and recreate the database from scratch.
To reset the device please provide the serial number and by return, we give the process to reset.
