Cannot export the user profiles database in Security Editor
The user profiles database can only be saved to a folder that is not located under the %USERPROFILE% folders. It can only be saved to a folder created within a non user non profile folder (i.e., Temp, etc.).
To view the folders under the user profile folders where the exported database is not allowed be saved, run %USERPROFILE% in a command prompt window.
