A ComPacT NSX DC frame is optimized for a DC network and is not recommended for use in an AC network.

There are a number of technical differences between an AC and a DC breaker frame 3P and 4P, especially, the tips, the insulation, the arc chamber...etc.

On the DC frame we improved the breaking capacity by a breaking enclosure, arc chute chamber and the main contacts are different than the AC breaker.

Therefore, we do not recommend to use a DC breaker on an AC network.

Also, the DC breakers are not tested and certified for an AC network, therefore it is not possible to declare any performance.
