How to order Harmony products with a specific key number ?
What do I need to order Harmony products that require special keys?
To place an order, you must have both:
- The part number of the product
- The key number
You can find the part number in the Excel file, which lists the available versions for 4‑tumbler and 5‑tumbler locks.
How do I find my key number?
Key numbers are determined by combining a code with a key profile.
Use the corresponding tabs in the Excel file to identify the correct profile:
- 4 tumblers: Profile A or Profile E
- 5 tumblers: Profile C or Profile Y
Once you know the code and the profile letter, combine them to form your key number.
Are there predefined combinations available?
Yes. The Excel file also includes an “Indirect Codes” tab where you can find commonly used key code/profile combinations.
