Certain APC Rack ATS models are designed to use detachable input power cords, which are not supplied with the unit. Users must select and provide appropriately rated cords based on regional certification and electrical requirements.

Resolution:
For APC Rack ATS models that support detachable input power cords, power cords are not included in the product packaging. Customers must supply their own properly rated and certified cords.
